Please ensure that you have read and are happy with the final quotation and itinerary before booking and making payment. Please check, the number of people travelling, room allocations, accommodation, dates of travel, meal plans, National Parks/reserves to be visited, mode of transport and what is included or excluded.
We reserve the right to correct any published prices, quote and itineraries and will do so when we become aware of such an error.
In order to book your holiday a deposit of 50% of the total amount payable must be received before any arrangements are put in place. Please confirm acceptance of our terms and conditions in writing. We will assume acceptance of our terms and conditions if no written confirmation is received. Balance payments must be received no later than 30 days before departure. If bookings are made within 30 days of departure full payment is due. Final payment can be made by PayPal, or wire transfer. We do accept credit cards, however credit card processing bank charges 5% in fees to process a credit card charge. We do not mark our trips up 5% to cover that. If you still wish to use a credit card to pay your balance, we need the 5% bank fee covered.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
If you or any person that you are travelling with is forced to cancel your holiday you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Once we have received your notification in writing your cancellation is effective, until this time it is not.
In order to cover any costs incurred by your cancellation as we may be unable to resell your holiday or the services that we have put in place costs and cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
For cancellations made prior to 70 days of departure, 90% of all payments will be refunded. For cancellations made between 69 to 40 days of departure, 50% of the any payment will be refunded.
Any cancellation made 39 days or less than that,before tour starts, qualify for no refund. Purchase Travelers Insurance if you are concerned about this possibility.
Once the tour has started, no refunds will be given for unused service.
Prices INCLUDE accommodation as stated, meals as stated, guide, driver, vehicle, park fees as stated, transfers. Prices EXCLUDE tips, laundry, visas, flights, items of a personal nature. In the event of unforeseen circumstances – security issues, weather conditions, park closures, border closures etc – we reserve the right to amend the confirmed itinerary; please note that we will always try and replace any particular service with something of equal quality and interest, on occasions due to circumstances beyond our control this is not always possible.
We make every effort to ensure that all vehicles used are in a comfortable and road worthy condition and comply to the local government transport regulations. Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle that occurs through their interference with the vehicle.
